Look How Far I've Come

I've been blogging under many different blogs and aliases for the past 9 years now (as of 2015), and I am astounded both at far I've come, and how far farther I could have come if I had known at the start what I know now. If I had known so many things back then, my life would have been so much more successful, happy, and fulfilling; I guess in the end, the process of finding out what I should have known in the first place-- that's one of the major components of living life is really about-- making a lot of mistakes, and then eventually learning from them.

Well it's been a long time coming, but at least I have a fair amount to show for myself...(That is, if only I would take the time to edit all that writing into content that is coherent, fluid, and doesn't bore the shit out of people with circular reasoning and self-sustained philosophical premises!)

In the past 5 years, I've written over 3000 pages' worth of college-level essays, most of which covers deep topics like philosophy, psychology, self-analysis, and social awareness/dynamics. I've learned a lot from my writing, but it's only very recently that I've begun to truly benefit from all this knowledge I've accumulated along the way.

I am finally starting my journey now, 5 years too late I'd imagine, but for my life, I think that 5 years is just right-- otherwise, I would have been ill-prepared, and likely make the same mistakes I've made in the past-- and a lot more-- anyway. So "In The End" (to allude to Linkin Park's song of the same name), I have no regrets.
